We offer a free initial interview

At this meeting we can assess whether you may be eligible for public funding (formerly known as Legal Aid). If you qualify, we will help you apply for this.

If you are not eligible for public funding, we will talk to you about our fees and give you a clear idea of how much our services will cost.

All of our lawyers have a fixed hourly rate dependant upon their level of experience and expertise. We will ensure that you are appropriately matched with the relevant lawyer.

Some of our services can be purchased by way of a fixed fee.

Dependent upon your budget, you may wish for us to act on your behalf throughout proceedings or for you to complete routine tasks yourself and seek expert advice from us, from time to time.

We aim to be as helpful as possible in relation to the payment of our fess and we will consider, in certain circumstances, payment by instalments and payment in full upon the conclusion of your case.
