Free legal advice
We offer a free initial interview. We also run free legal advice 'drop in' surgeries in the community.
At the free initial interview, we can assess whether you may be eligible for public funding (formerly known as Legal Aid). If you qualify, we will help you apply for this.
The Family Law Service offers free legal advice surgeries across Devon. The surgeries take place in a number of locations and give people the chance to speak to our Family Law team without the need to visit our offices.
We regularly run free legal surgeries in Exeter, Newton Abbot and Sidmouth. Other appointments in the community can be arranged if required. For full details, please contact Natalie Guppy on 0800 923 0400.
